DELIVERY DRIVER AND INSTALLER

Job Description

We are seeking outgoing, friendly, and helpful team members to welcome and assist customers.

Previous driving and installation experience is a plus but not a requirement as we provide extensive

training.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Review daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all product(s), tools and equipment for the day

Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections

Safely unload and stage material at job site

Report safety, customer or quality concerns

Deliver and install products for our customers

Ensure precise, accurate installations

Safely and efficiently use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment

Work on ladders as needed

Maintain high standards of workmanship and job-site safety

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Experience with driving, installation, or construction work preferred

Comfortable using hand tools and power tools

Ability to work as part of a team

Dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented

Commitment to quality

Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record and be comfortable driving a truck and trailer to job sites throughout service areas

Physical Requirements

The minimum physical requirements for this position include:

Able to lift, carry, and load materials and equipment (up to 60 lbs. unassisted)

Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, and reaching

Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods of time (8-10 hours a day)

Strong grip, hand-eye coordination, and fine motor skills to operate power tools (drills, saws) and hand tools safety

Physical stamina to withstand varying and sometimes extreme weather conditions, including intense heat, cold, and rain

Normal or corrected vision to read measurements, ensure perfect leveling and spot structural hazards
