Non-CDL Driver
Location: Fairhope, AL (Baldwin County)
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
Position Summary
Genesis Industrial Staffing is seeking a dependable Non-CDL Driver to join our team in the Fairhope/Baldwin County area. This position is responsible for safely delivering, picking up, and servicing portable restrooms throughout Baldwin and Mobile Counties. Candidates with commercial driving experience are preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and excellent driving record.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a company vehicle on local routes throughout Baldwin and Mobile Counties.
  • Deliver, pick up, and relocate portable restrooms at customer locations.
  • Load and unload equipment as needed.
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
  • Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients.
  • Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies.
  • Complete required paperwork and route documentation accurately.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment as needed.
  • Commercial driving experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
Schedule
  • Local routes only - home daily.
