Job description

Creative X is a global, integrated creative agency that drives the creative vision for our brands and how they are perceived in the world. We develop the vision for next-generation creative advertising, consumer brand content and experiences for Meta, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and our hardware products.The ideal candidate will blend solid foundational design principles with a demonstrated proficiency with generative AI technologies to produce cutting-edge visual experiences. You should be able to work independently from a brief, prioritize tasks, track essential details, and deliverables across multiple projects. You will design, animate, and deliver high-impact motion graphics for a variety of campaigns, collaborating closely with creative, marketing, and product teams. Your expertise in both traditional motion design and AI-powered creative tools will help us set new standards for engaging, innovative content
Motion Graphics Designer, Creative X Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics for marketing assets, social content, and product launches across Meta’s family of apps
  • Integrate AI-powered tools and workflows (e.g., generative design, AI-driven animation, automated asset creation) to enhance creative output and efficiency
  • Demonstrate advanced prompt engineering skills to elicit specific, high-quality, and creative outputs from AI models
  • Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, and designers to develop a cohesive visual narrative
  • Stay current with rapidly evolving Gen AI tools and model releases to inform team workflows
  • Organize and manage digital assets, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of motion graphics experience on video marketing assets and social video content
  • Strong motion graphics skills in a deadline-driven environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and 3D animation tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender)
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., Weavy, LTX Studio, Runway, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, color, and typography
  • Working knowledge of current industry-standard audio/video formats and codecs
  • Experience with digital content management systems, digital workflows with a deep understanding of how to organize and manage content

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Experience contributing to or maintaining a large-scale design system with motion and animation components
  • Background in 3D animation, character animation, or generative motion techniques applied to product or brand contexts
