Job description

Are you looking for an entry level position in Shipping and Receiving?

Qualified Staffing - Calhoun is seeking candidates for Shipping and Receiving positions for a local manufacturing client that focuses in area rugs, broadloom carpet and home accents.

Shift:
  • 1st (7:00a-5:30p) Monday through Thursday
Pay:
  • $15
Responsibilities:
  • Effective and efficient shipping and receiving of orders, including LTL's, TL's, and small packages
  • Use RF scanning equipment for picking, receiving, and storing functions as required
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
  • Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing and repacking as needed, and cleaning truck bays as requested.
  • Other duties as assigned
Additional requirements:
  • 6 months to a year of warehouse or distribution experience
  • Experience using WMS scanning equipment
  • 6 months of recent forklift experience
