Job description

M&B Products Inc., a premier distributor of milk and juice products across Florida, is seeking experienced Local CDL Route Delivery Drivers with a valid Class A or Class B CDL. Drivers will operate company-provided refrigerated vehicles to deliver products on local routes, making approximately 18 stops daily and handling up to 600 cases per truck. This role requires physical lifting, safety compliance, and excellent customer interaction while working solo during day shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver milk and juice products on daily local routes across Florida
  • Operate Class A or Class B route delivery vehicles within the company fleet
  • Load, unload, and break down pallets using hydraulic lift gates and hand carts
  • Maintain safety compliance and complete driver vehicle inspections including ELD logs
  • Interact professionally with customers at delivery stops
  • Perform physical lifting of up to 70 lbs frequently throughout the shift
  • Maintain accurate Driver Hours of Service Logs and adhere to DOT requirements
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip safety inspections of the vehicle

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Class A or Class B CDL at time of application
  • Minimum of 1 year verifiable commercial driving experience
