Job description

  • Salt Water CDL Driver Job Description:
  • Able to work a flexible work schedule which includes weekends and holidays to meet business needs
  • Comply with truck driving rules and regulations with company policies and procedures, and DOT rules and regulations
  • Must have valid CDL with no restrictions
  • Must have tanker endorsement
  • Day and Night drivers needed
  • Will have to do paperwork and turn in on a daily basis
  • Following traffic laws and driving in a safe and courteous manner
  • Logging miles, driving hours and other activities, especially as required to maintain compliance with federal and state laws
  • Performing inspections to ensure the vehicle and cargo are safe, in working conditions according to laws and regulations
  • The ability to lift and carry a certain amount of weight in for loading and unloading requirements
  • Maintain safe operating and clean appearance of the truck by complying with operational policies, all state and local driving regulations
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
  • Must be familiar with color cut and gauge line
