Job Description
We are currently seeking professional Class A CDL Drivers for a local intermodal position operating out of Hutchins. This W2 position offers a consistent local freight, comprehensive benefits, and a schedule that guarantees you are home daily.
Drivers will operate slip-seat day cabs, servicing freight within a 300-mile radius of Hutchins while managing standard local variables such as traffic and seasonal weather.

Compensation & Pay Structure
Your earnings are determined by a competitive combination of base load pay, experience-based mileage rates, drop/stop pay, and shift differentials:
  • Average Weekly Pay: $1,000-$1,100
  • Base Load Pay: $40.00 (Applies to 3 - 598 loaded miles)
  • Stop Pay: +$20.00 per stop
  • Experience-Based Mileage Rates (Base CPM):
    • 0 - 24 Months: $0.37 CPM
    • 24 - 36 Months: $0.38 CPM
    • 36 - 48 Months: $0.39 CPM
    • 48 - 60 Months: $0.41 CPM
    • 60+ Months: $0.43 CPM
Night & Weekend Pay Differentials (Applies to Loaded Miles Only)
  • Monday - Thursday (Night Shift): Additional +$0.06 CPM from 7:01 PM to 5:00 AM (1901 - 0500)
  • Friday (Night Shift): Additional +$0.12 CPM from 7:01 PM to 5:00 AM (1901 - 0500)
  • Saturday & Sunday: All shifts pay standard base rate +$0.12 CPM
Route & Operation Details
  • Operating Radius: Local and regional intermodal operations within a 300-mile radius of Hutchins.
  • Equipment: Slip-seat day cabs. Drivers must be comfortable managing standard metropolitan traffic and variable weather conditions.
Driver Requirements
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
  • Minimum 6 months of Class A tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 12 months.
  • Location: Must reside within 50 miles of Hutchins, TX
