This is a great role for someone who enjoys creating order, taking initiative, handling a variety of tasks, and making other people’s lives easier. You’ll be trusted to work independently and will need to be someone who notices what needs to be done without always being asked.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a peaceful home environment and takes pride in doing things thoroughly and well.

You’re a proactive, detail-oriented problem solver who genuinely enjoys keeping homes organized and running efficiently.

You:

  • Enjoy keeping a home clean, organized, and well-stocked
  • Are comfortable working independently
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • You love dogs and love being around them
  • Are willing to occasionally assist with childcare-related needs like getting him signed up for soccer camp or picking him up from school

  • Organizing closets, cabinets, storage areas, and other household spaces
  • Keeping track of household supplies and making sure both homes are properly stocked

Cooking & Meal Preparation

  • Preparing simple lunches and dinners
  • Meal prep and keeping the kitchen organized
  • Grocery shopping and ordering groceries as needed
  • Following recipes and accommodating household preferences (one household is gluten-free)

Errands & Personal Assistance

  • Running errands and picking up groceries, medicine, household supplies, packages, etc.
  • Returning items and handling other local errands
  • Coordinating deliveries
  • Assisting with personal and professional tasks as needed
  • Handling confidential information and items with discretion

Requirements

  • Available for approximately 30 hours per week, Monday–Friday
  • Flexible availability generally between 10 AM–6 PM
  • Able to travel between two homes approximately 10 minutes apart
  • Reliable, punctual, organized, and self-directed
