Then you'll curate experiences-premium room upgrades, dining reservations, entertainment perks, gaming opportunities, tournament invitations-that align with what they actually want. Your job is to make them feel known, valued, and eager to return while making sure that the guest relationship is profitable for us.
This isn't customer service. It's player development. You're reading the room, recognizing patterns, and building loyalty that translates into repeat visitation and increased gaming spend across our resort.
