We are seeking a motivated and experienced Owner Operator Flatbed Driver to join our team. As an Owner Operator, you will be responsible for transporting goods using your own flatbed truck. Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain your own flatbed truck to transport various types of cargo, including but not limited to construction materials, equipment, and machinery.
  • Ensure safe loading, securement, and unloading of cargo according to industry standards and company guidelines.
  • Plan and execute efficient routes to meet delivery schedules and customer requirements.
  • Adhere to all local, state, and federal transportation regulations, including DOT and FMCSA guidelines.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of your vehicle and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and cargo documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members to coordinate pickup and delivery details.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by delivering goods in a timely and professional manner.
  • Uphold high standards of safety, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
  • Manage and track expenses related to truck maintenance, fuel, tolls, and other operational costs.
Qualifications:
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with endorsements for operating a flatbed trailer.
  • Proven experience as an owner operator flatbed driver, demonstrating a safe and reliable driving record.
