A Local FEMA typically refers to local representatives or offices of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) that work within communities to coordinate disaster response and recovery efforts. Their primary responsibilities include helping local governments prepare for emergencies, providing resources and guidance during disasters, and assisting with recovery efforts after an incident.
