Job description

Dry van owner-operator lease-on opportunity with ARI Logistics. ARI is a motor carrier, not a broker. As a leased-on owner-operator, you run under ARI's DOT/MC authority — no authority of your own required, and you cannot run your own authority with ARI. You haul steady, mostly no-touch dry van freight nationwide with consistent volume and predictable miles.

Requirements:

  • Own a sleeper semi, 2000 or newer, DOT-ready
  • CDL Class A with about 2 years of experience
  • Clean driving record, age 25+

Pay and benefits:

  • True 82% revenue share — you keep 82% of gross linehaul
  • Same-day pay with no quick-pay fees (deliver before noon EST and submit paperwork)
  • Zero escrow — ARI holds $0
  • Dedicated dispatcher (max 7 trucks) who negotiates rates and knows your lanes
  • No forced dispatch — choose your own loads, routes, and home time
  • Fuel discounts up to $0.45/gallon and a 40% fuel advance at pickup
  • Apportioned IRP plates, ELD, and flat insurance available

Bring your own freight and ARI will run the customer's credit and book it under ARI authority if approved.
