Sheehy Express is hiring dependable CDL A drivers for local freight work. Youโ€™ll be home daily, paid weekly, and supported by a dispatch team that knows drivers are the reason the freight moves.

What this job offers

This is a local CDL A position with daily home time. Drivers are paid weekly based on whichever amount is greater for the week:

$28 per hour or $0.65 per mile

What youโ€™ll be doing

Youโ€™ll operate a CDL A vehicle on local routes, make timely freight deliveries, complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, follow DOT and company safety procedures, use ELD systems properly, and represent Sheehy Express professionally with customers and the team.

What weโ€™re looking for

Qualified applicants should have a valid Class A CDL, a clean driving record, a current FedMed card, experience using ELD systems, and at least 2 years or 200,000 miles of driving experience.
