LOCAL CDL-A DRIVER — Dedicated CDL-A Driver
What good is a fat paycheck if you're never around to spend it?
That's the question this job actually answers. You're home daily — not "home weekly," not "home when the dispatch gods allow it." You finish your shift, you head back to your own bed, your own people, your own life. And you're still bringing in around $1,450 a week on average.
Here's what the money looks like:
- Average weekly pay: $1,450
- $2,500 sign-on bonus just for coming aboard
- $55 per trailer unload — adds up quick
- $20 per stop
- Competitive mileage pay that scales with your experience level (so the more time you've got behind the wheel, the more you earn per mile)
What the job actually is: You'll be running dedicated freight covering about 2,000 miles a week on consistent, reliable routes. It's an overnight schedule, so you're moving while the roads are quieter, and you're done in time to get home and catch some rest during the day. Unloading is done with a powered pallet jack, so it's not all back-breaking labor, but you do need to be comfortable handling freight. And don't worry if you're not a pro at it yet- training is provided.
What we're looking for:
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 3 months of Class A driving experience in the last 3 years.
- You'll need your own transportation to get to the terminal — trucks stay at the yard
- Clean MVR and a strong safety mindset
- Not SAP-friendly — no exceptions on that one
Perks beyond the paycheck: Benefits kick in after 60 days - medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Plus you get paid time off and the peace of mind that comes with knowing you're not living out of a sleeper cab all week.
This one's for drivers who want real money and a real life. If that sounds like you, give us a call.
