Intermodal Account
Must live within 35 miles of Racine WI
Monday - Friday
- Start Time: 1300 (1:00 PM)
New drivers start @ 0.48 CPM regardless of experience and will earn a 0.01 CPM increase every year after they are hired up to 0.55 CPM
- All Hub miles paid equal loaded/empty
- $65 for live load by customer (approximately 20% live load)
- $40 for drop & hook at CUSTOMER regardless of pickup or delivery - (Approximately 80% drop &
hook)
- $25 extra per Hazmat load
- $30 extra per Refrigerated load
- $15 for any empty move and $23 - $55 for crosstown drop depending on the ramp distance.
- $20/hr of rail delay (after 1 hour wait)
- $20/hr after 1.5 hour wait -- Then $25/hr after the 1st hour
- Ramp Specific Training After Orientation: Training will last at least 5 full days for new hires. Training Pay is $250 per day

  • 100% no touch!
  • Hazmat is required within 90 days of hire.
    • If obtained after hire, account will reimburse. Driver will need to provide paperwork.
  • Drivers will go to Chicago rail yards daily
  • Drivers could potentially have the option to transfer to a more desirable shift after 6 months
