Role Description The Local Driver role is a full-time, on-site position based in DFW Metroplex. The driver will operate company trucks safely and efficiently to complete local pick-ups and deliveries, following assigned routes and schedules. Daily responsibilities include performing pre- and post-trip inspections, ensuring proper loading and securing of freight, and maintaining accurate delivery documentation. The driver will interact with customers and facility staff, providing courteous service and timely updates on delivery status. The role also involves complying with all DOT regulations, company safety policies, and reporting any incidents, delays, or equipment issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong truck driving skills, including safe operation and maneuvering of trucks in local and urban environments.
  • Candidates should possess a valid CDL Class A license and meet all applicable DOT and state regulatory requirements.
