DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
Uphold and represent RPM and Domino's brand standards.
Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 21 years of age or older with at least 2 years driving experience.
Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company owned vehicle.
Strong communication and basic math skills.
Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided, forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return all company-issued equipment upon separation.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
Ability to work at stations 36"-48" high and reach shelves up to 72".
Operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.
For delivery roles: ability to drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.
