  • Would you like to be a part of an exciting growing industry and be a “CRUSHR”? We are growing our team in the NOVA area. Our NOVA/DC/Northern VA focused business is in the process of changing and disrupting the Commercial Waste Hauling business. The “CRUSHR” position is for NOVA route that includes Sterling/Manassas/Springfield/ Stafford with Manassas as the starting and ending point.
  • Would you like to learn new skills? We are looking for someone to drive and operate a light duty truck. We will provide on the job training as you learn how to CRUSH and operate the simple but highly efficient attached equipment. No CDL or special license required.
  • We offer competitive pay and benefits. Start date is immediate. Base pay is $26/Hr. - $28/Hr. With performance driven bonuses, potential to there to earn $28+/Hr. Plus, five paid personal days annually after six months of employment. First week will be on the job training. Unlike working for long distance truck lines, the operator of our vehicle will be able to go home every day.
  • What are we looking for? The ideal candidate should have background in driving light duty trucks and have a very clean driving record. Background check and drug test will be conducted. A recent copy of driving record will be required. The ideal candidate will also be someone who enjoys working in a small team, will enjoy building a culture and a business from the ground up and will bring to the table discipline in executing the task at hand and following the process/protocol laid out for completing the tasks. Veteran preferred.
  • If you have experience as a delivery driver or light equipment operator such as a forklift you would be an ideal candidate
