Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused professional to support both account management and local delivery operations. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers while ensuring timely, accurate deliveries and maintaining a high standard of service. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and committed to creating a positive experience at every interaction.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through responsive, professional communication.
  • Assist customers with account questions, order status updates, and general service needs.
  • Process deliveries accurately and ensure products arrive on time and in good condition.
  • Verify orders, load and unload items, and confirm delivery details as required.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized vehicle in accordance with company expectations.
  • Collect payments or obtain required signatures and documentation when applicable.
  • Resolve routine customer concerns promptly and escalate issues when needed.
  • Accurately record delivery activity, customer interactions, and account updates.
  • Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies while driving and handling products.
