Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-3:00 PM (flexible 7:00 AM start available)

We're seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support critical enrollment and administrative processes in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you'll play an important part in ensuring customer information is processed efficiently and accurately while supporting a variety of administrative functions.
What You'll Do

  • Accurately enter alphanumeric data from paper and electronic documents into multiple systems.
  • Review, verify, and audit enrollment forms for completeness and accuracy.
  • Track enrollment activity and maintain reporting spreadsheets.
  • Assist with enrollment setup processes and related correspondence.
  • Identify data discrepancies and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Complete daily production and tracking reports.
  • Support quality assurance and auditing activities to maintain data integrity.
  • Assist with scanning, mail processing, fulfillment, and other operational support functions.
  • Recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of data entry, administrative, or related experience.
  • Proven experience performing high-volume alphanumeric data entry with strong accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
