Location: Tampa, 33634 – This position is onsite
Must live nearby location due to local traffic patterns

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Type: Contract to hire

Schedule: M-F, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM EST

Job description:

  1. Accurately process prescription and product information in the system, ensuring all incoming work is entered and shipped the same day.
  2. Perform quality control on data entry and invoicing by reviewing records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.
  3. Retrieve case histories and accurately enter remake cases into the system.
  4. Pack and unpack customer cases with close attention to all materials, notes, bite components, and small pieces, ensuring items are properly routed and not discarded.
  5. Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines, maintain quality standards, communicate effectively with employees, customers, and suppliers, and perform other duties as assigned.
