Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $20–$24/hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Enter and maintain accurate financial records
  • Assist with invoice processing, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Support month-end accounting activities
  • Perform data entry and general administrative accounting duties

Qualifications:

  • Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or accounting clerk experience preferred
  • Knowledge of AP/AR processes and general accounting principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
