Our more than 6,000 employees are proud to work at our state-of-the-art sawmills and other facilities, including: manufacturing, custom wood-framed windows, fabrication, millwork, veneer, cogeneration, trucking, forestry, and other operations.
Currently, we are seeking a qualified Class A Driver for our trucking division based in Phenix City, Alabama . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial truck driver, or a training opportunity with the qualifications below.
About the Position
  • Load and deliver windows, doors, and related materials to customers
  • Deliver, offload, and stage windows, doors, and related materials on various job sites
  • Properly document and deliver inventory-handled items
  • Work safely and efficiently at all times, in compliance with Company safety policies and procedures
  • Operate in accordance with all local, state, and federal traffic laws
  • This is a physical job that continually requires pushing, pulling, and lifting 100 or more pounds
  • Worksites include an industrial warehouse and construction sites
  • Some overnight travel required

Qualifications
  • 1-year commercial truck driving experience
  • Experience with deliveries, manual labor, or construction is preferred
  • Current valid Class B driver's license is required, Class A driver's license preferred
  • Current DOT medical certificate and clean DMV record
  • Reliable and self-motivated with good organizational skills
