Schedule & Home Time

  • Full-time, 5-day work week

  • Weekends required

  • Morning dispatches with start times between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM

What You'll Do

As a Local Class A CDL Truck Driver, you will:

  • Make approximately 20 multi-stop deliveries per week to stores operated by a major coffee chain

  • Transport coffee, milk, and other temperature-controlled products

  • Load and unload products using a hand dolly and lift gate

  • Perform high-volume loading and unloading throughout the route

  • Scan products as they are unloaded and delivered

  • Safely operate a refrigerated tractor-trailer

  • Maintain accurate delivery information using onboard technology

  • Interact professionally and courteously with customers

  • Follow all DOT, safety, and company procedures

  • Complete required vehicle inspections and maintain safe operating practices


Qualifications

To qualify for this CDL-A Truck Driver position, you must:

  • Have a valid Class A CDL

  • Be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in your state of residence

  • Hold or be able to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card

  • Have at least 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience within the last 5 years

  • Have a 3-year DMV/MVR record with no more than two moving violations or accidents

  • Meet all applicable federal, state, and company safety requirements

  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance

  • Meet the required work schedule and report to the assigned location

  • Pass a background investigation and drug screening

  • Meet federal English language proficiency requirements for commercial motor vehicle drivers

  • Maintain a constant state of alertness and operate safely at all times


Physical Requirements

The physical requirements of this position include:

  • Ability to see and hear adequately for safe vehicle operation and delivery duties

  • Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, and use hands

  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds

  • Ability to safely enter and exit the truck and access the rear cargo area

  • Ability to perform delivery and unloading activities throughout the workday
