  • Partner with production, quality, and glazing teams to ensure accurate and consistent design execution.
  • Perform regular quality checks on the production floor to maintain company standards.
  • Troubleshoot issues with printing, glazing, and color variation during the manufacturing process.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical archives of design files and production details.
  • Assist with product testing, prototypes, and changeovers to ensure smooth production runs.
  • Support safe work practices and follow company safety standards.
  • Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop; experience with Wacom tablets preferred.
  • Prior experience in ceramic tile, printing, or fast-paced manufacturing strongly desired.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent color perception.
  • Comfortable working on both Mac and PC platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Effective communicator and team player.
  • Flexibility to balance office-based design work with hands-on production support.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs. regularly (50 lbs. occasionally).
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, heat, and machinery.
Benefits
  • Weekly pay
  • Healthcare coverages available
