$2,500 Sign On Bonus

Job Overview

ADM Trucking, Inc is hiring experienced Over-the-Road (OTR) Class A CDL Tanker Drivers based out of Effingham, IL. This position requires a Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement at time of hire and the ability to obtain a Hazardous Materials (HazMat) endorsement within 60 days.

As a food-grade transportation carrier, we prioritize safety, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery. Drivers are responsible for long-haul route planning, safe equipment operation, and adherence to all federal and company safety standards.

  • Sit for extended periods while safely operating equipment

Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

  • Valid Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement

  • Ability to obtain HazMat endorsement within 60 days of hire

  • Minimum 12 months of verifiable OTR or local driving experience within the past 7 years

  • No more than:

    • 1 chargeable accident in the past 3 years

    • 1 moving violation in the past 3 years

    • 3 employers in the past 3 years

  • Successful completion of:

    • DOT pre-employment drug screen

    • DOT physical

    • Background check

    • Functional capacity testing

Candidates not meeting these criteria may be considered subject to management approval.
