Job Title: Local CDL A Delivery Driver PAID WEEKLY AND OT after 40hrs TIME AND A HALF

Location: Union city
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10-12 hour shifts (Dispatch between 3:00 AM - 6:00 AM)
Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Local CDL A Delivery Driver to join our team. This position involves delivering baked goods to various customer locations throughout the day. The driver will be responsible for transporting approximately 300 pieces per day, using an electric pallet jack and hand truck to ensure smooth, timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate a CDL A truck to deliver baked goods to customer locations within the local area.
  • Load and unload approximately 300 pieces of product daily, ensuring correct placement and organization.
  • Transport products from the truck to the customer's location using an electric pallet jack and hand truck.
  • Ensure products are checked in by the customer upon delivery.
  • Complete all required paperwork, including delivery logs and delivery confirmations.
  • Maintain a safe driving record and adhere to traffic laws and regulations.
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service by representing the company professionally.
