Drivers operate late-model automatic equipment in a flexible, load board–based environment with primarily no-touch, drop-and-hook freight and no forced dispatch.This role is designed for drivers who want independence, consistent freight opportunities, and a supportive system that prioritizes safety and reliability. Drivers are expected to maintain FMCSA Hours of Service compliance and operate professionally at all times.We offer a strong driver support structure including accident protection, disability income protection, life insurance options, portable benefits, mobile enrollment and support, virtual benefits counseling, payroll and HR tools, time tracking access, compliance support, 24/7 assistance, 401(k) retirement options, and access to medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, mental health, and fertility benefits.Drivers also participate in the Payload Points rewards program, earning points for safety performance, clean inspections, revenue production, holidays, and birthdays.
