LOCAL BOX TRUCK DRIVER$24.50/HR | NO CDL REQUIRED | HOME DAILY | OVERTIME AVAILABLEHave experience driving larger box trucks and want a local route where you are home after every shift?E.A. Sween is hiring Local Box Truck Drivers in Denver, CO. You will drive a 26-ft straight truck delivering fresh food products to local King Soopers grocery stores.This is an active delivery role with 12–16 local stops per route. Most store deliveries are smaller product drops moved into the store using shopping carts. Drivers use a liftgate for safe unloading and bring product to the designated cooler area. The most physical part of the role is helping unload inbound product and loading your truck before departure.PAY & SCHEDULE• $24.50 per hour• Fixed 5-day work schedule• 10:00 PM scheduled start time• May start earlier when inbound product arrives early• Typical shifts run 8–12 hours• Local routes — home daily• Overtime available• Weekends and holidays requiredWHAT YOU’LL DO• Drive a 26-ft non-CDL straight truck• Deliver fresh food products to local King Soopers stores• Help unload inbound product before routes depart• Load and prepare your own truck for delivery• Make approximately 12–16 stops per route• Complete front-door deliveries using a liftgate• Move most store deliveries using shopping carts• Bring product into designated store cooler areas• Complete store check-in procedures when required• Collect empty crates for return• Use pallet jacks and two-wheel dollies when needed• Unload returned empty crates after the route• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections• Complete required delivery records and paperwork• Provide professional customer service at each locationWHAT YOU NEED• Valid driver’s license• Must have 6 months of experience driving a box truck or larger vehicle• Strong backing and maneuvering skills• MVR that meets company requirements• Must be at least 21 years old• Ability to pass required DOT physical, drug screen, lifting assessment, criminal background check, and MVR review• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.• Ability to push/pull up to 300 lbs. using material-handling equipment• Comfortable with physical loading and unloading• Comfortable working overnight, weekends, holidays, and in varying weather conditionsSTRONG FIT FOR DRIVERS WITH EXPERIENCE IN• Furniture or appliance delivery• Moving companies• Food or beverage distribution• Commercial box-truck delivery• Freight or warehouse transportation• Other hands-on 26-ft truck operationsIf you want local, home-daily driving with a fixed schedule, overtime opportunities, and no CDL requirement, apply today.E.A.
