Job Summary
Staff Force Personnel Services is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator for a fast-paced logistics operation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating deliveries, communicating with drivers and customers, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring daily operations run efficiently. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries, routes, and appointments.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, vendors, and internal departments.
- Monitor delivery progress and proactively resolve delays or service issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service while handling escalated situations professionally.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and reporting systems.
- Track deliveries using transportation management and GPS software.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure on-time service and customer satisfaction.
- Prioritize multiple tasks while adapting to changing business needs.
- Identify potential issues early and communicate updates to all stakeholders.
- Perform administrative duties and maintain organized documentation.
- Work independently while recognizing when issues require escalation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in dispatching, transportation, logistics, customer service, or administrative support.
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced work environments.

Software Experience
Experience with the following systems is preferred:
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
- Google Sheets
- Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Fleet Management Software (Fleetio or similar)
- Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- GPS / Route Optimization Software
- Electronic Proof of Delivery (ePOD)
- Data entry and reporting systems
