Eaton's FFD Fluid Filtration Division division is currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Liquid Filtration for our Southern US territory. This role will travel throughout the Southern states, and internationally into Central America as needed. Travel on this role is quoted between 50% or more at peak times.

Role is remote when not traveling. The compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay and target sales performance incentive. This position has a base compensation range of $103,000 - $151,000.

This role will have an additional annual sales performance incentive on top of base. Base salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. What you'll do: The Regional Sales Manager, Life Sciences - Food & Beverage (South US) is responsible for driving profitable growth of Eaton's filtration solutions across Food & Beverage customers within the Southern United States.

This role develops and executes regional sales strategies, manages key customer and channel partner relationships, and identifies new business opportunities aligned with Eaton's Life Sciences growth objectives. The position operates remotely with significant travel and plays a critical role in expanding Eaton's market presence in North America. In this role you will: Travel throughout the Southern US territory, and Central America, to visit and obtain new clients aligned with Eaton's Food & Beverage market Drive revenue, margin, and market share growth within the assigned Food & Beverage territory Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with Eaton's Life Sciences strategy Manage relationships with end users, distributors, and sales representatives Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across Food & Beverage applications Provide technical and application support to customers in collaboration with internal specialists Prepare customer presentations, quotations, and proposals; negotiate within pricing guidelines Monitor competitive activity, customer trends, and market dynamics; share insights with leadership Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and customer records in CRM Collaborate crossfunctionally with Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Customer Service Represent Eaton at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings Review, approve, monitor, and report compliance to category agreements and strategies based upon Eaton SCM strategic directions Qualifications: Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Minimum three (3) years' of experience in technical sales, business development, or commercial roles in food and beverage industry, or liquid filtration industry Must have a valid driver's license with no restrictions Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship Candidate must reside within 50 miles of a major airport Preferred: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related discipline from an accredited institution.

Experience selling industrial or process solutions to Food & Beverage customers Residency within cities of Dallas, Houston, or Atlanta preferred Position Criteria: Ability to travel regionally, and internationally, at 50+% of the time Understanding of industrial filtration, process equipment, or engineered solutions Ability to engage in technical discussions with customers and translate needs into solutions Experience managing or selling through distributors and manufacturer's representatives Background in Food & Beverage, Life Sciences, or regulated industrial markets Experience working in a matrixed, multinational organization Strong negotiation, forecasting, and CRM discipline Proven ability to operate independently in a remote sales role #LI-CD1 All positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
