Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Packages: Safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers' homes, apartments, and businesses using a provided company vehicle.
  • Customer Service: Interact positively and professionally with customers to provide a great delivery experience.
  • Route Management: Follow a planned delivery route, which will be provided each day, ensuring timely delivery of all packages.
  • Package Handling: Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle, handle packages carefully, and use handheld technology to manage deliveries.
  • Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and driving regulations, including wearing seat belts and obeying traffic laws.
  • Problem Solving: Handle unexpected issues that may arise during delivery, such as incorrect addresses or package damages, and escalate as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team, supporting other associates as necessary and contributing to a positive work environment.
