The Schedule
Shifts run roughly 11:10 AM – 9:00 PM, between 8–10 hours per day
Shifts available 7 days a week — weekend availability (Saturday and/or Sunday) required
Full-time and part-time positions open
What You’ll Do
Deliver 130–190 stops and 200–350 packages per day in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and customer service standards.
Must be able to work at least one weekend day — Saturday or Sunday
Drive and operate a company-provided delivery van safely at all times
Use a handheld device for route navigation and delivery tracking
Load and unload packages and deliver them to customers’ doors
Work comfortably in varying weather conditions
Represent TNM Solutions LLC with professionalism and a positive attitude

  • Able to lift packages up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Able to maintain a safe driving record and follow all applicable traffic laws
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment eligibility requirements
