We are Speedbox LLC, a last-mile package delivery service partner (DSP) based at the Amazon DDV3 station in Broomfield, CO.  Our company doesn’t just deliver packages; we deliver smiles, surprises, and essentials to our neighbors across Colorado.  Our shared purpose is to Make the Everyday Exceptional, and this foundation inspires us to grow into additional locations and new business services in the years to come.  We’re looking for high-energy, reliable, and "smooth-driving" individuals to join our package delivery crew. If you love the open road, crushing fitness goals (without the gym membership), and making people’s day when you show up with that "Out for Delivery" notification—we want you!

    Job Description

    As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our company in Broomfield and the surrounding areas. You will drive a safe, comfortable company-provided vehicle and use advanced technology to guide your routes.

    • Deliver: Handle up to 200 stops per shift, ensuring packages reach residential and commercial customers safely and on time.

    • Move: Load and unload packages (up to 50 lbs), walking 5–10 miles a day, and navigating stairs and varied terrain.

    • Engage: Provide exceptional, friendly customer service at every doorstep.

    • Maintain: Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and keep your delivery vehicle clean, organized, and secure.

    Schedule & Hours

    • Shift Length: 10-hour shifts from 11 AM to 9 PM.

    • Work Week: 4-day work weeks available for full-time drivers.  Enjoy 3 full days off every week to live life, rest, or study.

    • Flexibility: Must be willing to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).

    Qualifications

    Baseline Requirements

    • Age: Must be at least 21 years old.

    • License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Record check required).

    • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable operating smartphone and GPS technology independently.

    • Physical Stamina: Able to lift packages up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all Colorado weather conditions—from summer heat to winter snow.

    • Drug-Free: Must be able to pass a five-panel drug test including screening for THC, marijuana, and cannabis.
