Alta Point Logistics LLC is a locally owned and operated Amazon Delivery Service Partner. We are hiring dependable, safety-focused Delivery Drivers to deliver packages to Amazon customers throughout the community.

Job Description

No previous delivery experience is required. We provide the training, equipment, and support you need to succeed. We are looking for reliable team members who communicate effectively, solve problems, work safely, and are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Delivery Drivers begin and end each shift at Amazon Delivery Station DRK3 in Belton, Texas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle and complete required vehicle safety inspections

Physical and Scheduling Requirements

This is an active, physically demanding position. Delivery Drivers must be able to:

  • Work shifts that are typically 8–10 hours long
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including Central Texas heat, rain, and cold
  • Repeatedly enter and exit a delivery vehicle throughout the shift
  • Walk, climb stairs, bend, reach, squat, and stand for extended periods
  • Frequently lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Safely navigate driveways, stairs, apartment complexes, and other delivery locations
  • Maintain a safe and efficient pace throughout the workday
  • Work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays
Qualifications

Applicants must:

  • Be at least 21 years old
  • Hold a valid, non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license
  • Have a satisfactory motor vehicle record
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Be able to safely perform the physical requirements of the position
  • Have effective English speaking, reading, writing, and communication skills
  • Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team

A commercial driver’s license is not required. Previous delivery, commercial driving, military, logistics, warehouse, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required.
