Job Description

Krowned Solutions is hiring Delivery Drivers to join our team in Glen Burnie, MD.

We offer in-person hiring events with same-day offers. If qualified, you may walk out with a job offer the same day. Our ideal candidate is a safe, motivated, reliable, responsible driver, and we prefer to promote from within, so there is room to grow in duties, responsibilities, and pay!

Pay: $22/hour
Full-time positions available
Typical shifts are 8–10 hours, 4–5 days per week

What You’ll Do as a Delivery Driver:

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery van
• Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations
• Follow GPS-guided routes using handheld technology
• Load and unload packages up to 50 lbs
• Provide professional and friendly customer service
• Work in varying weather conditions
• Follow all safety and traffic regulations

We’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our growing team who are inspired and motivated to work smart and work hard in a team environment. As a delivery delivery, you will be the face of our company. It will be your job to consistently exceed customer expectations by making sure all orders are delivered with a smile, on time, safely, and to the right location.

Qualifications

We provide on-the-job training so that all of our employees feel confident on the road and the doorsteps of customers. Our main priority is drivers that we can trust to drive safely and deliver on time.

  • Must be at least 21 years old with the ability to read and speak English for safety
  • Have a valid driver's license within the state of employment (a commercial driver’s license (CDL) is not required) *NON-CDL Delivery Driver*
  • Consent to a drug test
  • Be able to operate and navigate a delivery van, weighing 10,000 lbs or less (you do not need to provide your own vehicle
  • Be able to lift a maximum of 50 pounds during an 8 to 10-hour work shift or work with a team member to move heavier items using team lifts or mechanical assistance.
  • Appropriately handle stressful driving demands including inclement weather conditions
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills
  • *To operate our DOT regulated vehicles you must become DOT Qualified
