What you'll do:
โ€ข Operate a 53' Dry van, Reefer safely
โ€ข Driver will be doing a combo of picking up containers from the ports, trailer swaps in the Bakersfield/Taft/Tulare area, or deliveries to Dollar Generals
โ€ข Freight Handling: Pallet jack
โ€ข Perform pre-and post-trip inspections
โ€ข Keep equipment clean and presentable
โ€ข Verify paperwork for completeness and accuracy
โ€ข The schedule is Wednesday through Sunday
โ€ข Shift start time is 5:00 PM
Qualifications & Experience
What you'll need:
โ€ข 1 year of Class A driving experience
โ€ข Valid Class A License and Medical Card
โ€ข TWIC Card
โ€ข Ability to pass a drug screen
โ€ข No DUI/DWI convictions that are less than 5 years
โ€ข No more than 2 moving violations in the previous 3 years OR no more than 1 moving violation and 1 accident in the last 3 years
โ€ข 22 years of age or older
