  • Cultivate a high performing, accountable, and member-centric work environment.

  • Drive significant branch and Credit Union growth in deposits, loan production and member participation.
  • Collaborate with direct leadership or senior leadership to implement initiatives, support organizational goals, and identify growth opportunities.
