The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a polished professional appearance, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining awareness of lobby activity.The Lobby Desk / Receptionist represents both Blueline Security Services and our client. Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.Key ResponsibilitiesStaff the front desk during assigned business hours.Welcome tenants, visitors, contractors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.Verify visitors and direct them to the appropriate office or suite.Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes when required.Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general inquiries.Monitor lobby activity and report suspicious or unusual behavior to management.Communicate effectively with property management, tenants, and Blueline Operations.Utilize a company-issued cell phone to communicate through phone calls, text messages, and email.Maintain accurate daily activity logs and complete all required reports.Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable throughout the shift.Follow all site-specific post orders, emergency procedures, and client expectations.Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor during routine and emergency situations.Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferred.Previous receptionist, concierge, customer service, or security experience preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook and email.Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Must be dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.Ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods as required.Must successfully pass a background investigation and any client-required screening.Professional AppearanceThis position requires daily interaction with executives, tenants, and visitors.
