Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Loan Officer. The Mortgage Loan Officer will manage the end-to-end loan process, from initial client contact through closing, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience. Responsibilities include consulting with borrowers to understand their financial needs, explaining available mortgage products, collecting and reviewing documentation, and coordinating with underwriting and processing teams. The role involves evaluating borrower eligibility, providing rate and payment estimates, and maintaining accurate records within loan origination systems. The Mortgage Loan Officer will also deliver responsive customer service, follow up on leads, maintain a pipeline of active applications, and adhere to all regulatory and company policies.
