Job description

Acrisure Mortgage is currently seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant to join our team!

As a Loan Officer Assistant (LOA), you will provide crucial support to loan officers, assisting with loan origination tasks, managing client communications, and ensuring a smooth loan application process. This role requires an individual with who is sales oriented, has excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of mortgage products, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will work with referral sources, borrowers and internal staff to ensure loans are supported and provide the highest level of customer service. In addition to providing support, the Team MLO will have the ability to self-refer loans to the team. This position offers a base salary plus bonus.

Job Duties:

  • Assist loan officers in preparing and submitting loan applications, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information, address questions, and provide updates on loan status.
  • Coordinate with processing, underwriting, and closing departments to facilitate a smooth and timely loan process.
  • Manage loan pipelines, track progress, and follow up on incomplete or missing documentation.
  • Support sales team efforts to cultivate new client relationships by providing superior customer service.
  • Stay informed about current mortgage products, programs, and industry changes to assist clients and loan officers effectively.


Job Requirements:
