Job description

SUMMARY:
Responsible for input of new Warehouse Lending loans and paydowns, processing Dealer Floor Plan transactions, answering phone calls and performing maintenance requests. Works with both bought and sold participation loans, processes payments accordingly.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inputs new Warehouse Lending loans into the Banking core system.
Advances Dealer Floor Plan lines based on requests from dealers.
Verifies proper payment and payoff. Contacts dealer or mortgage warehouse customer with issues.
Posts payments and payoffs to Dealer Floor Plan software and Warehouse Lending loans into the Banking core system.
Performs a quick turn-around with daily processing of wires and FTM.
Maintains communication via email and phone with Mortgage Warehouse Lenders, Floor Plan Dealers and various dealerships and customers throughout the workday.
Downloads, saves and distributes weekly Dealer Floor Pan reports to lenders.
Monitors serviced loan transactions and notifies customers of returned payments.
Posts payments including participation loans per instructions from lead bank.
Processes remittance paperwork for participation loans as lead bank.
Processes incoming and outgoing wires daily.
Provides support and assistance to branches and various departments in the bank, via email or phone.
Posts BHG loan payments and handles the processing activities.
Ensures accurate and timely processing of commercial loan onboarding and maintenance.
Collaborates with peers and leaders effectively.
Demonstrates a willingness to change processes and technological capabilities.
Learns new systems and processes in order to streamline and scale work.
Performs work within customer service level expectations and key vendor processing timelines.
Performs daily work as defined with accuracy.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the Bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.
