Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Loan Officer role located in Schaumburg, IL. The Loan Officer will work directly with borrowers to assess financing needs, explain loan products, and guide applicants through the mortgage process from initial inquiry to closing. Daily responsibilities include originating residential mortgage loans, gathering and reviewing borrower documentation, coordinating with underwriting and processing teams, and ensuring files meet applicable guidelines and regulations. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with referral partners, following up with leads, and providing timely, clear updates to customers throughout the loan lifecycle. The Loan Officer is expected to meet production goals while maintaining a strong focus on ethical lending practices and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in Loan Origination and prior experience working as a Loan Officer or in a closely related mortgage lending role.
