Job description

As a member of the UBI team, the main focus of this position is to learn Ag Lending by assisting current Ag Loan Officers with loan servicing and maintenance. Assists with all aspects of the loan process, as well as loan review. Become trained and knowledgeable on all Teller duties and UBI products in order to assist with Teller duties and to help customers with all areas on the deposit side. Become familiar with all departments of the bank in order to assist on special projects and tasks as needed. Serve as back-up and help with staffing coverage at branches as needed. Expect a 6-12 month training period with probable relocation to one of our branch banks as needed.EDUCATION REQUIREMENTBachelors degree with a major in agriculture; or an equivalent combination of education and experience in the field of agriculture.SCHEDULE:Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm*MUST HAVE SATISFACTORY BACKGROUND CHECK INCLUDING CREDIT HISTORY*
