Department: Logistics & Warehouse Operations
Reports To: Logistics Manager
Position Summary
The Truck Driver is responsible for safely operating a 53 ft dry van to complete scheduled inventory transfers between our Dallas-area warehouse locations. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient internal logistics, supporting inventory accuracy, and ensuring the timely movement of goods across facilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a 53 ft dry van to transport inventory between company warehouses in the Dallas area.
  • Follow established transfer schedules to ensure on-time delivery and pickup.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
  • Secure loads properly and verify documentation for all inventory transfers.
  • Maintain accurate logs, delivery records, and required DOT documentation.
  • Communicate with warehouse teams to coordinate loading, unloading, and route timing.
  • Report any mechanical issues, delays, or safety concerns promptly.
  • Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and DOT regulations.

Qualifications
  • Valid CDL (Class A) with a clean driving record.
