Description

Objective of Position:

Responsible for the Yard including helping customers in the lumber yard and delivering of products to job sites

Essential Functions:

Loading/unloading delivery vehicles

. Backing up and moving trailers and equipment

Keeping product rotated and stacked

. Forklift Certification

. CDL Class A or B Driver's License with preference for A

Shipping and receiving knowledge

Good housekeeping skills for a clean yard

Provide excellent customer service

Help customers find the location of products

Answer customers' questions and provide information on company policies

Perform other duties and tasks as assigned

Requirements

Previous experience with backing up and moving trailers and loading heavy equipment preferred.

Education Qualifications- prefer High School diploma

Skills- Problem solver, detail-oriented, outstanding customer service skills, excellent communication skills, actively looks for ways to help customers and resolve issues
