Primero Staffing is seeking dedicated and physically fit individuals to join our team as Loaders/Unloaders. As a Loader/Unloader, you will be responsible for efficiently and safely loading and unloading goods, materials, or products, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and products are handled with care. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Loading/Unloading: Safely load products, materials, or goods onto vehicles, conveyor belts, or other equipment for transportation or processing.
  2. Inventory Management: Count and record the quantity and type of items being loaded or unloaded to maintain accurate inventory records.
  3. Quality Control: Inspect products for any visible damage or defects and report any issues to the supervisor or quality control personnel.
  4. Material Handling: Use appropriate equipment, such as forklifts, hand trucks, or pallet jacks, to facilitate loading and unloading activities.
  5. Efficiency: Ensure efficient loading/unloading to meet production and delivery schedules, making the best use of available space and time.
  6. Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues, including proper lifting techniques and equipment operation.
