Lift Operations Attendant

Overview

Position Type Full-Time/Part-Time

Description

The lift operations attendant provides and maintains orderly and safe conditions for guests, assists guests with lift loading and unloading procedures and maintains the assigned area(s) in and around the lift.

Qualifications

Must be able to ensure proper and safe loading and unloading of guests and equipment on and off the lift, maintain clear and safe loading/unloading ramps, maze and common areas.

Must use excellent customer service skills at all times, have the ability to inform guests of resort and trail amenities and assist guests in a timely, safe manner.

Must be willing to become familiar with safe and proper procedures for lift start-up, lift shut-down, completion of safety checks, performing auxiliary operations and log and paperwork completions.

Must be able to work in an outdoor environment with constantly changing weather conditions including: cold, heat, rain, lightning and/or storms.

Must be able to perform physical demands of lifting, pulling and pushing objects up to 100 pounds and/or carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
