Job Description
This position supports both the waste water operations and truck loading/unloading. Qualified candidates must be able to perform a variety of jobs, tasks, or duties as required; and must be able to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as required.
The tasks required, but not limited to, are general housekeeping, clean up, sweeping, vacuuming, painting, lubrication (oiling, greasing, etc.), sample retrieval, power washing, lifting and hauling items up and down stairs, dump rework, and operate a motorized fork lift and a variety of other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
  1. Ensuring waste water is within control limits.
  2. Inform supervisor when waste water is not within the proper control limits.
  3. Make necessary adjustments to the process/chemicals if waste water is not in control limits.
  4. Taking inventory of chemicals in waste water and replace them when necessary.
  5. Draining water off of the scrap tanks.
  6. Unloading/Loading finished goods and scrap trucks.
  7. Ensuring cleanliness of waste water, loading/unloading bay, and general clean up.
  8. Filling out necessary paperwork for additive addition and placing additives into tanks.
  9. Complete the necessary documentation for truck loading/unloading and waste water.
  10. Perform job duties in all-weather conditions.
  11. Use specialized tools/equipment.
  12. Comfortable working at heights using all required PPE.
  13. Perform duties as backup for Operator 1 - Mix Operator.
  14. Understand and perform basic tasks as needed within the M3 inventory system

Qualifications
Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, bend, kneel, stand for extended periods, work in confined spaces, and work at heights
Additional Requirements: Able to work in all-weather conditions (rain, heat, snow, etc.). Be active and participate in efficiency and safety improvement teams; learn and follow written rules and procedures; produce accurate documentation; maintain acceptable attendance; must be willing and able to learn various positions; and must fill in when needed in temporary/permanent vacancies.
Qualifications: Possess basic mathematical skills, written communication skills, time management.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Required & Verified
Related Experience: Previous relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Possess basic knowledge of working with/around ammonia systems.
Equipment/Software Skills: Basic computer knowledge (data entry).

Salary Range: $41,600 - $52,166 annual
