What You'll Do
  • Manage parts inventory-stocking, organizing, cycle counts, and coordinating with service to keep parts available
  • Receive, ship, and handle parts, including loading/unloading trucks and preparing orders
  • Deliver excellent customer service in person and over the phone-identifying needs, recommending parts, and processing orders/returns
  • Use systems and catalogs to quickly find parts, pricing, and availability while handling transactions and communications
  • Maintain a safe, clean workspace while contributing to team goals, training, and Rexco's positive culture
